Choose a proven diet

    If the information of some diet is published in a newspaper, a magazine or a book, it does not mean that such a diet is good and suitable for you. Try to look for a diet, which would be proven by scientists and dieticians. It is very important, because the diet must be reasonable and rational. Your breakfast, lunch and dinner should give you strength and energy. Imagine that you work as a housekeeper. How can you work very well for 8 hours if you eat, for example, only 1 apple or 1 egg in the morning? That's impossible! You need power to work perfectly!
    But if you choose a diet approved by the dietitian, then your problem will be solved!
You know, you have not to be on a strict diet at home for a long time. If it is non-protein diet (apple, cabbage or melon) you risk getting a protein deficiency that entails anemia, disruption of the liver and pancreas, decrease efficiency, resistance to infection. And if you observe only a protein diet and do not have vegetables and fruits, you will find a vitamin deficiency, which give unfavorable affects the body. All diets that have great success, especially among women wishing to lose weight is potatoes, cabbage, Brazilian, French and many others diets. They are designed for three days, a week, may be two weeks. As soon as a woman begins eat the usual food and discarded pounds (sometimes with great cost to the body!) quickly restored.

Eat often, 5-6 times per day, you have to use right regimen of eating. This interrupts the appetite, and you will follow easier to another one immutable rule: eat a little portion, and thus reduce the total volume of food. And eat slowly chewing the food. So you will find a small portion sufficient. It will be proven diet!
