Eat about 20-35% of daily diet for breakfast, around 10-15% of daily
diet for second breakfast 30-45 % at lunch, leave 10-15% of daily
diet for tea between lunch and dinner and around 15-20% for dinner. If you are propensity to obesity, limit amount of bread to 0.22 – 0.33 lb or less for every day. Sometimes you may go to Ediets or Bistro MD and enjoy their food. Keep calorie intake. Total calorie should not exceed 2500 kcal whole day! People who are over sixty can limit 2200 kcal. A diet of fat people should be even less calories. But such a diet must be proven by a doctor. Dieticians recommend removing all salt and spicy food, snacks, and condiments. It often happens that when you are losing weight it seems to be easy firstly, but it doesn’t work after some time. You should keep to “unloading” diet at this stage (milk, cottage cheese, vegetables, apple), but not more than 2 times a week. “ Unloading” diet is the best choice to coincide it with the day off. Because calories any of these diets is low, only 700-900 kcal. And it is very hard to work, observing such a diet. And if the job does not require much physical labor you can arrange “unloading” days during the weekday. If you want to reduce your calorie intake, you aim your willpower at reducing the amount of carbohydrates in the diet. But you have to remember: this diet also must be proven by your doctor.
